SYNOPSIS.

On construction sites large and small, supervision and monitoring have a key role to play in preventing accidents. Typical supervisory functions include planning and allocating work, making decisions, monitoring performance and compliance, providing leadership and building teamwork, and ensuring workforce involvement.

Setting up quality processes for your next project comes down to establishing on site quality control and material handling know-how. Join our webinar as our experts explore the topics of quality inspection and installation of external cladding based on the latest industry guidelines.

In order for a site personnel as Site Supervisor, IOW, Engineers or any other supervision and monitoring parties do their work correctly and carefully, as rule of thumb they have to understand the design, product or application, correct procedure of installation and how to inspect and identify failures. By understanding this, it enables them to advise or instruct certain works at site on how it has to be done to prevent accident in short and long term.
